At Atlas Flags, we do not accept returns on custom printed products. Custom products are made to order and cannot be restocked. We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their custom orders and will work with you to make any necessary adjustments or corrections before production begins. If you are not satisfied with your custom printed product, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve any issues and find a satisfactory resolution for you. Please note that we do not accept returns on custom printed products for any reason, including incorrect sizing or design errors that were not caught before production began. It is the responsibility of the customer to carefully review and approve the design proof before production begins. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.
