In general, most of our custom products require a lead time of 1-3 weeks for production and delivery.However, we offer rush production options that can significantly reduce the turnaround time. It’s important to note that the lead time for custom flags can be affected by several factors, such as the availability of materials, the complexity of the design, and current workload. Therefore, it’s recommended to check with customer serivce for specific turnaround time and rush order options availabilty.

The process for creating a custom flag involves close collaboration between our customers and Us to ensure that the final product meets the customer’s specific needs and requirements.

  1. Consultation: The custom flag making company will consult with the customer to understand their specific needs and requirements, including the design, size, materials, and budget.

  2. Design: Once the customer’s requirements are understood, the custom flag making company will create a design proof for the customer’s approval. This proof will be a digital image and may go through several rounds of revisions before the final design is approved.

  3. Material selection: The customer will need to choose the materials for the flag, including the fabric, thread, and any other accessories or hardware.

  4. Printing and cutting: Once the design is approved and the materials are selected, the custom flag making company will print the design onto the fabric and cut the flag to the desired size and shape.

  5. Sewing and finishing: The fabric is then sewn together, usually using a double-needle lockstitch for added durability, and any accessories or hardware are added to the flag, such as grommets or pole sleeves.

  • Vector graphics are the preferred file format for custom flag designs as they can be scaled to any size without losing quality.
  • High-resolution image formats: High-resolution image formats can also be used for custom flag designs, as long as the image resolution is high enough for the desired size of the flag.

We can make flags or banners with custom shapes and sizes by using various manufacturing techniques and materials.
These techniques include cutting, sewing, digital printing, and applique, which can be used individually or in combination to
create unique and custom-shaped flags. We utilize specialized equipment to create flags with precise shapes and sizes, ensuring that customers can have their desired designs made to their exact specifications.

  3. Once we have gathered all the necessary information,we will provide you with a quote that includes the cost, shipping and handling fees, and any applicable taxes. Review the quote and if you agree to the price, place your order by contacting our customer service team . 
  4. If you are satisfied with the quote, we can proceed with the order. We kindly request that the full payment be made before we begin production.
  5. We will then create a proof of your custom product design for your approval.
    Review the proof carefully and make any necessary changes or corrections.
    Once you have approved the design proof, we will initiate the production process according to your desired specifications.
